Do i require planning permission?

Some extensions and other building work can be carried out without planning permission on most houses which is known as permitted development. However it is always advisable to confirm this with us or a architect in whom you may have instructed. Most extensions and alterations require a Building Regulations application, which we can help with.

How soon can Soho start?

Soho Developments will always put clients at the forefront. Meaning we will complete a project prior to starting another. This way our team is focused on one build at a time, ensuring that the project is carefully managed and always delivered on time. Please ask our team for availability for your project.

Can you work alongside my interior designer?

Soho offers flexible packages for all projects. If you wish to instruct your own interior designer, we shall happily work alongside them to to create and deliver the look you require.

How do payments work with SOHO?

Each project will have its own timescale and when payments are due, these are usually split within 4-5 intervals. Each payment is made once the work which is assigned to it is completed.
